REQUIREMENTS FOR FORMATION OF ABSTRACTS:
  • Acceptance of abstracts is open until September 30, 2020.
  • Requirements for abstracts: Russian and English languages.
  • Abstracts should not be more than 1 page.
  • Materials are submitted electronically in doc format (Microsoft Word), font: Times New Roman, line spacing: 1,5, font size: 12.
  • The text should contain the title of the report, the surnames and initials of all authors, indicating the full names of the organizations (abbreviations are allowed only in organizational and legal form) and the city of the organization where the work was carried out, contact e-mail and the following sections: purpose, materials and methods , results, conclusions.

THE SELECTION OF ABSTRACTS RULES
The best Abstracts will be selected by the Scientific Committee of the Congress for presentation as an oral presentation at the event or for publication in the electronic abstracts book.
Each first author will receive a notification letter by e-mail with the decision of the scientific committee based on the submitted abstracts.
The first author must independently notify the other authors of the Abstracts about the selection results. If your abstracts will be selected for presentation at the congress, you will be given the opportunity to read the report online. All instructions will be sent individually.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EVALUATION ABSTRACTS AS A PRESENTATION
The abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by the Scientific Committee according to the following criteria
1. Scientific novelty: how musch similar works have been published before, how much the data in the presented study differ from those previously presented. Abstracts with more actual information will receive a higher rating
2. Are the published results of practical value?
3. Study design: whether the endpoints of the study are well defined, whether statistical methods are correctly used in assessing the results of the study.
4. Registration: is the study registered on clinicaltrials.gov or another clinical trial registration portal, is the study in the process of enrolling patients or is it already closed?
5. Grammar: assessed by how readable and grammatically correct the Thesis is
6. Relevance: how relevant and interesting are the results presented in the abstracts for the researchers participating in the conference
Accepted abstracts will not be subject to editorial revisions. In case of a positive decision of the scientific committee, the version sent by you will be published in the electronic collection of abstracts.
